How To Order
Placing Your Order
All items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. To order an item, call me @ 603-673-9004 or email me, and make sure to include the following information below or click here to use the convenient printable order form.
- Inventory Item # and item title
- Item list price
- Method of payment
- Shipping Address
- Telephone # if you are using credit card payment
The list price does not include shipping or insurance charges. When I receive your order, I will email you confirmation of availability including total inclusive costs .
Items are shipped by USPS using Priority Mail in the US and most frequently Global Priority Mail for international orders. Global Express or Air Mail may be used for International shipments if insurance is desired. Shipping and insurance varies by country so you will be given mailing options.
If you need overnight delivery, please let me know when you send me your email order form.
As soon as payment is received, the item will be marked reserved and will remain reserved until the sale is complete. Payment must be received within 7 days (10 days for International orders) of the order confirmation. We will hold items for seven days for receipt of payment. At the end of this time, the jewelry will be returned to inventory.
Items will be shipped once personal checks clear. All other items are normally mailed within 48 hours or 2 business days of receipt.

Customers living outside the US need to pay in US dollars either by:
- Master Card or Visa Credit Cards
- International money order
- International cashiers check
- Western Union
- Traveler's Checks payable in US funds

We allow 10 days for International Orders.
Lay Away Plan
Vintage Jewelry Online offers a 60-day layaway option with three equal payments for orders totaling $175.00 or more. Please indicate the Layaway plan option on the order form.
The first payment is due within 7 days of the order confirmation. The 2nd and 3rd payment is due at 20 day and 30 day intervals respectively, not to exceed 60 days.
There are no returns or refunds on any completed layaway item.
While a customer has an item on layaway, we do not accept additional orders from that customer, whether outright purchase or layaway, until the original layaway purchase is complete.
Gift Certificates Available
To Order a Gift Certificate write me at Shelley@vintagejewelryonline.com and:
- Let me know the value of the gift certificate
- To whom it is being given
- The address where you would like the certificate sent
Once I receive payment, I will send the certificate immediately as requested.
