DeVilbiss was one of the most important perfumers in the industry beginning in 1909 with perfume bottles that were an immediate success. They made two classifications of perfumizers. Class A that had a paper label and Class B, the fine quality line that were etched in either silver or gold.
This beautiful example of a 1920’s DeVilbiss is etched in silver on the bottom. The 1920’s perfumes were characterized by tall, slender and elegant shapes of which this is one. It is etched on the bottom and marked on the top fitting. Note the black accent on the base.
The perfume measures 7” tall and 2 ¼” on the diameter at the base. It is in excellent vintage condition and guaranteed to be authentic.
