Once in a while you discover a piece of jewelry that is so overwhelming and phenomenal it takes your breadth away. And this runway collar wide necklace and matching earrings by Kenneth Lane is that elaborate and unrestrained find.
This high rising evening chocker collar is spectacular. Loaded with individually hand set clear rhinestones, it forms an intricate and beautiful pattern that is a formidable feast for the eyes and one that will captivate you internally.
The matching 2 ½” clip on earrings are equally dramatic and are also worthy of the Kenneth Lane name. Go ahead, be extravagant…you’ll never be the same.
This is an original Kenneth Lane 1960’s set and is not a reproduction. The earrings are signed Kenneth Lane and the matching necklace is not. I am displaying a photo of a similar, not identical Kenneth Lane collar so you can see the spectacular and flawless design wrapped around the neck. I dare you to imagine it around yours! This photo belongs to Kenneth Lane and is published in Collecting Fashion Jewelry 1925 – 1975 by Lillian Baker.
The necklace measures 15 3/4” long and has an adjustable clasp and is 2 ½” wide. The matching clip-on earrings are 2 1/2” long by 1” wide. All pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and guaranteed to be vintage Kenneth Lane.
